It was the 11th again ! Being all unsatisfied and whiny about the fine dining at St Regis the previous day , we decided to head back to Dozo , our all time favorite restaurant the next day . It was like a brand new experience , again . The previous time we went there was 5 months back , when Bryan was still in his BMT days . The last time was quite a little bit of a disaster because we were late for an hour causing the delay in dinner time and missing the movie ( i cant quite remember what movie is that ) that Bryan booked earlier on . That night at Dozo was fully booked and packed , quite a bit of the noise level definitely but still we loved the ambience and the quality of the food ! This time round we went on a weekday for lunch and had the entire restaurant to ourselves ! We took the seats of a corner by the window , with not much of a view actually . The service was impeccable and personal . I was completely bought over and surprised when the staff said , " Please let me know if the food is not suitable to your liking , i will have it changed for you . " How many times do you actually fall in love with the food , service and ambience all together as a package ? " Usually you get good food with lousy service or whatever . This is my first , I LOVE DOZO .
Photos taken by the friendly staff . He made us do this ! We did not request for any photos at all . Luckily it wasnt too embarrassing because the restaurant was empty and he did make us feel very comfortable by chatting with us right when we entered the place .
It was a great lunch before he booked in at 7pm !
