Merry Christmas Everyone !!! I hope everyone enjoyed this festive season as much as I did . Celebrating Christmas is such a good way to end the year . Everyone is just helping the economy grow by spending & spending . Sadly , I did not manage to save any money this month . I spent it ALL . But then again , Its the best time to buy something for the people you love . Oh !! & the best part is we get an extra day off from work !!! A longer weekend means so much to me .
This year is my first Christmas together with Bryan . Which is exceptionally meaningful because I finally get a decent Christmas spent with the one I love . Last year's Christmas , I saw myself at Titanium with the Bestfriend binge drinking and partying all night . Of course I had my fun but it is stupid to think that I actually spent the entire last December trying to get drunk every weekend . #Thosewerethedays
Apart from everything else , my favourite memory for Christmas this year have got to be the present I got for Grandma . I bought her a quilt / comforter . Because she gave up her room to Bryan & I during the weekends & having to sleep in my room with aircon becomes a bit unbearable for her . I was so glad she loved her present . She was smiling the entire night when she received it . All I've got now is her after my grandpa left us . Seeing her smile makes everything worth it .
So much for sidetracking . Christmas eve started out bad and ended pretty well . Having a tight schedule of last minute shopping for gift xchange , wrapping up the presents , having to collect the party food at 2pm , setting up the Xmas tree & preparing the food by 7pm . CRAZY .
After watching the boys play PS3 for awhile , I dozed off while surfing the net on the Ipad . & all that sums up my cosy Christmas weekend without having to squeeze in crowds .
Doggie's photograph to end the entry because pets are so lucky . They laze around and watch you get busy . When I finished packing up the entire living room from the mess left behind , I found him sleeping under the spot light.
