Of nothing but food , actually ...

// Quite some time back ... On a rainy day, got me craving for steamboat so I had my wish granted .

// The boyfriend requested for dinner at Kovan , just right beside Domino's pizza for chicken hotpot . Their signature hotpot was really good , but so authentic that I couldn't take the spiciness . I was struggling to have another portion but it was not possible because my lips were already stung with numbness . :(  

Nonetheless , a very good ( yet torturing ) meal !

// Chilled out with a friend at Serangoon's Cedele and was treated to a spread of cakes for supper! My first time to Cedele and the only complaint is that their cakes ain't chilled enough for consumption . Because the cakes were made organic , it didn't taste as great . But one thing for sure , it is the best option for a non sinful dessert treat if you're on a diet . I would gladly pass my chance up , anytime . Organic cakes are not really my thing .

//  Desserts at a new found cafe tucked away in a stretch of shop houses . It was a quiet afternoon so the shop was quite empty . The boyfriend ordered us the recommended Durian mousse & milk custard and it was so good ! Durian lovers , Must Try .

// Bark cafe supper night - They have my favorite Snowy snowball drink ! We were there to hang out after dinner so we intended to only chill over drinks but the menu was so tempting , I immediately regretted not having dinner there instead. Ordered Escargots for sharing and I feel it might be one of the best I ever had . The atmosphere of the entire cafe was perfect . You would see either a couple tucked in a corner enjoying a romantic dinner or a group of rowdy friends catching up over drinks . I like how only certain cafes could be so versatile on the ambiance .  Layout and ambiance of Bark cafe reminds me of 1 Twenty Six ( see post - here ) . I'm really looking forward to have dinner there soon !

// Lunch with the boyfriend's family @ Nakhon kitchen . Love family time together with this bunch of lovely folks . They are so kind , showering me with so much unconditional love , I don't even believe my luck sometimes . 

 // Recently been on a huge crave for nothing but meat . No thanks to the over dosage of Korean dramas these days , I developed the crave for Korean food . Tried the nearby Goki Day and I must say , this is really the best I've eaten so far ( in SG ) . Their sides are all my favorite - Kimbap , Tang hoon , Kimchi pancake , rice cakes , Seaweed Soup !!! And if you can tell , their slabs of meat are of some standard .

// Sushi Tei Lunch on Tuesday with the colleagues which lasted for 2 hours . Such flexibility on the lunch hours is only possible if your boss is as awesome as mine . Tried Sea urchin for the first time and ... I didn't quite like it . I'm such a huge fan of raw food but sea urchin just taste ... weird. Had a good laugh over our desserts , Matcha ice cream because the waiter took 3 times to give us the correct order . 

// OFFICIALLY BOYCOTTING COMPASS POINT'S PIZZA HUT . The food is beyond mediocre which is fine but service , the boyfriend walked close enough to the kitchen just to ask for cheese twice . enough said ?
