I slotted Panary cafe into our itinerary at the very last minute because it was impossible to give this hidden gem a miss. Right after checking into our hotel, we tuktuk-ed to Soi Ari for brunch! Panary cafe sells only dutch baby pancakes so if you're someone who prefers a variety, this is not the place for you. I've never heard of dutch baby pancakes before this but the name of it sounded delicious already!

And the food was brilliant. ☺
I'm not even kidding because every flavour just hit the spot! Glad that we came in a bigger group, so we got to try 6 different renditions at a go - 3 savoury + 3 sweet. I'd never look at pancakes the same again. Baked on an iron pan with a crispy tart crust and fluffy inside, it is definitely dutch baby pancakes for me anytime!
