COMFORT FRENCH FOOD XX

Why the title ? Because this is one of the very few unpretentious cafes I've been to . The venue , not beautifully done up but serves really authentic french dishes far beyond what your taste buds expect . Home-cooked food in a cosy french home , if you get my drift .

Ellen had been raving about it ever since she dined there a week ago . I said yes when she asked on Tuesday without hesitation because I love anything , french . ( especially french bread . hahaha ) I was late and upon reaching , I finally found her sitting at the bistro , the first thing I said was  " Are you sure this is the place you're talking about ? "

You have to pay for your meal even before you start and ice water is self service . French food is an expensive indulge but La Petite offers a pretty decent price tag for huge portions . Very #worth it .

TO-DIE-FOR
This is the French bread I'm talking about .
In french bakeries , there's much more to choose from
Creme Brulee

As I'm typing this , Its Friday !! I've not seen the boyfriend for 5 days and I'm thinking of where we should go for dinner tonight . Maybe I'll take him back to La Petite Cuisine for another round of french delicacy .
