I took an extra day of leave after the flight back home on Wednesday night so I could do all the unpacking and rest before I get back to work again . Bryan and I woke up feeling so hungry because for the past 5 days , we woke up early to awesome street food for breakfast everyday.
I was pretty drained from the trip so I let Bryan decide on where to head for Brunch . I'm so surprised that he managed to find this hidden cafe that I've never heard of before . It is yet another restaurant that allows both dining indoors and outdoors . Reasonably priced food but taste only mediocre . However , it would be a nice place for a cuppa coffee and free WIFI !
We spent the rest of the afternoon at Jones the grocer . When was the last time we went Dempsey ? If not for the distance that I'm too lazy to travel , I would have been frequenting this place already . I love the tranquility I get whenever I'm here and Jones the grocer is no different . I ordered their Iced Tiramisu drink and I urge everyone to go try it if you happen to be there . I'm glad I was game to try something new off the menu instead of my usual Latte . There is free Wifi there too and so I spent my quiet afternoon reading mails and blogging while the really nice boyfriend gets his daily dose of 9GAG .
