Wimbly lu is a quaint and cosy cafe , ideal to chill out on nothing-better-to-do days . The waffle w/ homemade ice-cream was just amazing ! Initially we didn't even expect much out of this plain looking dessert , after all its just waffle & ice-cream , whats the big deal right ? But the waffle was done to perfection and the salted caramel ice-cream was just out of the world , the best I ever had . Coming from someone who doesn't fancy waffles & ice-cream , you should totally get my drift . Love that it's situated in the East , the friendly priced menu , the array of desserts to choose from , the absolutely to-die-for ice cream . This place has officially became my favorite hang-out . Oh ! I haven't even mention about their best-seller Root beer cake w/ Ice-cream . If you haven't heard of any places selling Root beer cakes , this gives you enough reasons to go try it . Though , i thought it tasted like brownies instead , anyhow it was just another fantastic dessert choice . The only gripe about this cafe would be the crowd on weekends , so make a reservation if you are going in a bigger group . xx
